Overwriting the old password values in the database with new data should provide all the existing coordinators with a newer decryption key to use. These credentials are configured from the Coordinator configuration screen from the View > Administration section in the Change Auditor client.
On the Coordinator configuration page, overwrite each of the password fields, even if there's something already there (it doesn't need to be a valid account for the most part). However, the shared folder configuration does need to be valid data, and it needs to be set at least once. The account needs to be an Administrator on the local host, on the host where the share resides, and also be part of the Change Auditor Administrators group (make sure to click on the "Test Access" to be sure credentials are valid and working).
Once all the password fields are filled in, hit apply. You should end up with something that looks like the following screenshot:
From there, close the client and stop the coordinator service. Once the coordinator has come to a complete halt, it can be started again. At this point, the warning lines should not show up anymore.
You can then go back to the Coordinator configuration screen and easily disable or turn off any of the options you no longer use.
