As with all things database, make sure you take a full backup of the database before you make any changes, just in case something goes sideways. You should have all of your coordinators shut down before you do the backup and leave them offline until after the restore is complete.
You will have to find one of your database backups that was made before the searches were deleted.
You can then restore the [Query].[Information] (as well as all of the other [Query].* tables) table from the backup with a "no overwrite" switch turned on so that it doesn't try and overwrite any of the records that already exist in the table.
After the restore is done, simply fire up the coordinators again and connect with the client, you should see your searches back where they were (assuming that you have a backup with the searches contained within it).
Note: anything that was added after the backup will still be missing and you will have to recreate by hand.
