Error during Deployment wizard install: "Server already has agent belonging to installation CHANGEAUDITOR. You must connect to a repository in CHANGEAUDITOR installation to upgrade/remove this agent."

Cause
This can occur when the agents have not been removed BEFORE the installation name is changed.

Resolution
The agents must be uninstalled locally through Add/Remove programs.
After the uninstall, the Deployment Wizard can be used to install the agent under the new installation name.
