Description
Agent attempts to connect to repository service that no longer exists.
The following warning appears in the ChangeAuditor.dll.nptlog logfile:
"Connection attempt (NPRepository(<CA Installation>)/<Server>) failed. NetProLib::Protocol::CSocket::Connect - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond".

Cause
The server running the repository service was improperly removed from the environment.
Failing to uninstall the Change Auditor repository service from a server before it is removed from the domain results in an orphaned SCP object and prevents the server from being marked for deletion in Active Directory.

Resolution
- Run adsiedit.msc
- Connect to domain containing deleted server
- Navigate the OU structure to locate the server's computer object
- Delete the ChangeAuditor.Repository and ChangeAuditor.Coordinator child objects that is attached to the computer object.
Optionally, the user may choose to delete the server's computer object from AD using Active Directory Users and Computers.

Additional Information
If the repository does exist, then you need to verify that there is correct IP resolution to the coodinator from the agent.
