As a CA administrator, I would like a notification in the Change Auditor client if a foreign forest cannot be contacted when performing a Force Refresh -
Description
When adding a foreign forest force refresh appears stuck as just a spinning wheel is displayed. In looking in the Coordinator log there is an error contacting that foreign forest. Would like an enhancement request created that the Client would display an error rather than just display a spinning wheel.
