Install Error MSI Install: result(1603) -
Description
Unable to upgrade CA agent on server. Old version seems to be removed but still not able to install updated version. Install logs recorded the following detail:

Cause
Current install of MS .Net Framework is incomplete or damaged. -
Resolution
Run a repair or re-install of the minimum MS .Net Framework for the version of Chnage Auditor Agent being installed.
