Description
Receive the error "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred." instead of the typical error "Domain name is required' when attempting to logon to ChangeAuditor Web Client. -
Cause
The erro can be caused by incomplete user credentials. -
Resolution
The domain name is required as a prefix to the username ( fdomain\username) for the logon credentials.
