Cannot open ... ChangeAuditor.Service.exe.nptlog Error: -2147221003
Description

After upgrading Change Auditor from an earlier version, when trying to open the Coordinator Log from the System Tray, you may get the following error:
"Cannot open ... ChangeAuditor.Service.exe.nptlog Error: -2147221003"
Cause

The Computer does not recognize the Change Auditor Log Viewer as the program needed to read the Change Auditor logs.
Resolution
1. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Dell\ChangeAuditor\Service
2. Right click on "ChangeAuditor.Service.exe.ntplog" and select open view
3. Choose the Dell Log Viewer to open this file
