Change Auditor provides Management Pack to allow selected events to be passed through to System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Change Auditor sends events to SCOM using Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) notifications. This guide assumes that the reader has a basic understanding of the basic configuration and usage of the SCOM console.
Prepare SCOM Installation to Receive Change Auditor Events

Importing the management pack will create the rules required for receiving the WMI events from the Change Auditor coordinator. The rules will be automatically transferred to the SCOM agent.
Prepare Change Auditor to send alerts to the SCOM agent
Now that the SCOM agent has been deployed and the Change Auditor management pack has been installed, Change Auditor must be configured to be able to send events to SCOM. This configuration must be done on a per-search basis by creating alerts and enabling the WMI option.
To create an alert, use the Change Auditor Client or Change Auditor Web Client:

When the events are detected, they will show up in the SCOM console.
Note: Only the alerts that can be found in the search with the WMI alerts enabled show up in SCOM.
