Does Change Auditor enable the user to review historic reports which have been scheduled and sent via email?
No, Change Auditor does not store historic reports.

STATUS
Enhancement request number TF00385153 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Change Auditor. The enhancement request would allow reports to be saved into a Windows Share.
