Confirm that the Agent service is running.
Review the ChangeAuditor.AgentLog.nptlog and the AgentServiceProxy.Log.nptlog files for errors and warnings. For example, an error similar to the following indicates that the Coordinator Service is not running or the Agents are trying to connect to the Coordinator on a different port than the Coordinator is listening on for the Agent port:
"System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: Could not connect to net.tcp://<CoordinatorFQDN:AgentPortNumber/Agent/v1. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:21.0472823. TCP error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond <IPAddress>:AgentPortNumber"
OR
"Failed to open connection to coordinator at endpoint 'net.tcp://CoordinatorFQDN:AgentPortNumber/Agent/v1'"
