Does Change Auditor record an event when an agent is not able to connect to any Change Auditor Coordinator in a multi-Coordinator environment? (4250504)

Currently, there is a "Change Auditor Agent disconnected" event which is recorded by the Change Auditor Coordinator when a Change Auditor Agent disconnects from it. However in a multi-Coordinator environment, the Change Auditor may be connected and reporting events to another Change Auditor Coordinator and, therefore, the disconnect is not service impacting.

Do Change Auditor Agents have the ability to record an event in an Event Log on the local server when it is not able to communicate to any Change Auditor Coordinators?
