Description
Private folder on the Searches tab does not appear for specific members of a group but the Private folder does appear for other ChangeAuditor users. -
Cause
ChangeAuditor queries the GUID of the user account that is logged in to the ChangeAuditor Client by performing an LDAP query. The computer account of the ChangeAuditor Coordinator may not have permissions to view the user's GUID which would result in the ChangeAuditor returning a GUID of all zeroes for the user and the ChangeAuditor Client is unable to display the private folder.

Resolution
Grant the ChangeAuditor Coordinator computer account Active Directory View permissions for the User objects that are members of the Group that do not have the Private folder populated.
