The following error is returned when attempting to connect to the Change Auditor client:
Cannot connect to the ChangeAuditor Client. "Database access error, please verify the ChangeAuditor database connection
The following messages are found the ChangeAuditor.Service.exe.nptlog (Coordinator log) :

These messages then repeat.
These message occur when the Transaction log for the ChangeAuditor database cannot grow because the disk drive is full or the log reached it's set limits.
This issue is usually due to there not being enough disk space for the transaction log and the specified Recovery mode setting.
Sometimes, if SQL server is patched and server reboot is pending, this error will show. So restart SQL server once and this may resolve the issue.
