After supplying new licenses (either for a new module or because old licenses expired) no events are logged on the coordinator. The Agent(s) has not applied the new key. Refreshing the configuration forces the new keys to be installed. Restarting the Coordinator does not force the Agents to check applied licenses.
The Agent will only update its applied licenses at the following times:
1) During Agent service start-up.
2) When you select the Agents in the Administration area and select "Refresh Configuration".
After applying a new license key, refresh the Agent Configuration for all agents or restart each agent.
