1. Delete the Change Auditor data-source from Knowledge Portal data-sources area. This will prevent the problem from re-occurring.
2. Recreate the table by changing Registry setting:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Coordinator\RebuildDatabase to 1.
3. Restart the Coordinator. This will recreate all the tables in Database.
4. Remove the Registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Coordinator\RebuildDatabase.
