ARS Integration broken if ChangeAuditor 6.0 Agent is upgraded or uninstalled from the ARS server -
Description
Consider the following scenario:
1. ActiveRoles Server 6.9 is installed with ChangeAuditor Integration deployed. The ActiveRoles server also has a ChangeAuditor 6.0 Agent installed.
2. The ChangeAuditor Agent is then uninstalled -OR- upgraded to Change Auditor 6.5+.
3. ActiveRoles Server changes no longer show Initiator information in the events reported to ChangeAuditor.

Cause
Uninstall or upgrade of ChangeAuditor Agent 6.0-->6.5 causes two shared DLLs to be removed from the ActiveRoles server which are required for the integration to function.
The two missing files in question:
%Program Files%\Common Files\Quest Shared\Detoured.dll%Program Files%\Common Files\Quest Shared\NPDTWrap.dll -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Run repair option on the 'Quest ActiveRoles Server 6.9.0 - Administration Server x64' from Windows 'Programs and Features' using the default options. This will re-create the two missing DLLs and integration will begin working normally once again.
STATUS
Waiting fix in a future release of ChangeAuditor.
