As CA Administrator, I want to be able to specify which network card to use on the agent machine for communication with NetApp. -
Cause
The agent server may have multiple NIC which do not all have network connection (due to firewall, etc.) with the NetApp device. There is no mechanism to force Change Auditor agent to use specified NIC for FPolicy communication. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Ensure any/all NICS on the agent machine have ability to communicate with the NetApp device.
STATUS
Enhancement has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Change Auditor.
As per the latest update from Product team, this will not be fixed in product.
