Title
Error that the Service Connection Point cannot be located when trying to change the ports used by the Coordinator -
Description
Right clicking the Coordinator System Tray icon and selecting Coordinator Configuration results in the following error:
"The service connection point could not be located. You will not be able to make changes to the service ports until it can be located"
On the Ports tab all of the port options are greyed out and cannot be changed.

Resolution
Using ADSIEdit, check and confirm that Authenticated Users have Read rights to the Coordinator computer object.
If the rights appear correct, as a test, login to the Coordinator server with an account that has Domain Admin rights, right click the Coordinator System Tray icon and select Coordinator Configuration. If there is no error and you can now edit the ports, there are restrictions set in AD on who can enumerate the SCP of the Coordinator computer object.
