After successfully installing the agents, some or all show as Inactive or are not sending events to the Coordinator.
Looking at the Agent Status the License section is empty as well as the Connected Coordinators.
Check the Agent log for an error similar to the following:
"Failed to open connection to coordinator at endpoint 'net.tcp://CoordinatorFQDN:AgentPortNumber/Agent/v1'"
This indicates the agent is not able to connect to the Coordinator on the Agent Port shown. On the Coordinator server, right click the Coordinator system tray icon and select Coordinator Status. Note the agent port, it should match what is shown in the error.
From the agent machines confirm you can connect to the Coordinator on the agent port.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the agent.
