The Change Auditor Client cannot connect, and the ChangeAuditor Coordinator service stops after started.
the Coordinator log shows the message
"SQL error(18487): Login failed for user"
RESOLUTION
Re-enter the credentials using the Coordinator configuration tool:
C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Service\CoordinatorTray.exe
Once this is on the system tray
Right click | Click "coordinator configuration..."
Select the "security" tab, you will have the option to re-enter the credentials.
Click "OK".
If this is successful, you will be prompted to restart the coordinator.
