I am attempting to log into our trial, but it's failing. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the following address user1@tennant.onmicrosoft.com

Resolution
You must login with the same account used registered with Binary Tree. is 'user1@domain.com'. If any other UPN is used, a "403 forbidden error" will be generated.Contact Product Support if you have any issues with the above resolution.
