I started some prepares yesterday evening and they seem to be hung. When I look in DS, the Power365 Prepare Workflow is running and when I view the history, it has been running for hours. Normally, the prepare workflow runs in short spurts like 4 to 6 minutes each.
Is this something we can do manually? If so, how and then do we just kick off the Prepare again?
The error we seeIf the account is there try rerunning the prepare for this account. If the account is not synchronized then you will need to look at AD Connect to see why that account is not syncing across.
To rerun manually select the user, then from the drop down list of actions select PREPARE and then apply action. If this fails, try removing the users out of scope in the target and re-adding them.
