We ran into multiple Prepare errors for a Teams migration, then finally had a successful prepare. Then the Prepare/sync completes at 100% but there is an error: "Mailbox copy exception Value cannot be null" What is causing this?
Please delete this target object in your environment, and contact Product Support.
Provide the P365 Client Name and ID#, Product Name and ID#, and object source UPN
Product Support will reset the object migration status back to 'No Match' and allow you to start over for this object.
