Cause
User does not have full admin rights on the local client pc

Resolution
From C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Benchmark Factory for Database, go to Properties | Security | Add the username and give it full control
Windows 7 or 2008 - From C:\Users\, go to Properties | Security | Add the username and give it full control
Windows XP - :\Documents and Settings\<username> and C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\, go to Properties | Security | Add the username and give it full control

Additional Information
Also, if you have 'Jobs Queue' view displayed with the root item selected, therefore many things will be greyed out. Select the Scripts view, that will enable several items. You could also just select one of the jobs in the Jobs Queue to get others buttons. Remember, these buttons dependent on what is selected on the left hand side.
