I am trying to install Toad DBA Suite 12 with BMF 6.9.1. It says I am missing Microsoft MSMXL 4.20 or above, still getting an error on BMF that it needs MSXML.
Resolution
1. re-install MSXML 4.2 and then try to install Toad 12 with BMF again
2. if that doesn't help make sure you have .Net 4.0 installed
3. if the error still persists then make sure your Windows system has all the latest security patches applied
