Oracle TPC-E TradeUpdate transaction fails when NLS_DATE_FORMAT is not DD/MM/YYYY. (4329865)

Support bundle logs shows error below  several times when running a TPC-E benchmark on an Oracle 12cR1 database:

ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncatedTransaction "TradeUpdate Transaction" run failed by virtual user 1 in agent 1 of Q57RX8X1.

This can be also reproduced like this:

1. Create a Environment Variable NLS_DATE_FORMAT and set its value as DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS
2. Create a custom mix test
3. Just import TPC-E tradeupdate transaction
4. Save the job and restart computer
5. Run the job.

Oracle TPC-E TradeUpdate transaction fails when NLS_DATE_FORMAT is not DD/MM/YYYY.
This is a software defect.

WORKAROUND

Change the NLS_DATE_FORMAT to 'DD/MM/YYYY'?
