Resolution
Benchmark Factory grabs the setups for database objects from many published official TPC-C test run disclosure reports. The one which Benchmark Factory modeled for Sql Server one is a bit different than the one modeled for Oracle. The difference is just an implementation choice adopted by Benchmark Factory and does not affect the effectiveness of the TPC-C tests.
