Getting 1603 error during installation and it shows CustomAction JudgeTypeOfTarget as problem in the installation log -
Description
While installing Benchmark Factory a 1603 error is being returned. When looking at the installation log, it shows the following lines as the error.
CustomAction JudgeTypeOfTarget returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 11:04:08: JudgeTypeOfTarget. Return value 3.
Action ended 11:04:08: INSTALL. Return value 3.
