Issue

You may encounter the following error in WebUI log when deleting a mapping from the Existing mapping page in Archive Shuttle:

An exception was caught during the execution of an action query: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.. Check InnerException, QueryExecuted and Parameters of this exception to examine the cause of this exception.

Solution

If the error appears and the mapping has a significant amount of collected and routed items, please contact the Quatrotech Customer Experience Team via email support@quadrotech-it.com
You can also visit https://support.quadrotech-it.com, and register for an account. Once registered and verified, you can view existing and old cases that you have logged. You can also provide updates via the web interface and alter the priority of a support ticket.
