Archive Shuttle EV Export module logs error 'Catastrophic failure (0x8000ffff)' (4307240)

Issue

The Archive Shuttle EV Export module may log following error:

Solution

The EV Export module gets these responses from EV API, therefore you should review Enterprise Vault Event log for warnings or errors logged at the time when this error in the module occurres.
It is most probably related to removed EV archive after the mapping was created, or to missing items, which were removed by user or EV.
It has also been observed that this error may appear when the environment is under high load. Re-trying export of items failed due to this error may be successful.
