How to collect the request ID to troubleshoot throttling issues
Description

Microsoft may ask for a request ID and timestamp to troubleshoot Office 365 throttling issues.
Resolution
To find the request ID and timestamp information:
1. In Archive Shuttle, go to Configuration > Modules
2. Check the Office 365 module box.
3. In the ribbon, select Set Log Level, then check both Core and Module to DEBUG.
You should then find the request ID and timestamps in the Office 365 logs, with the search string request-id:
