Description
When attempting to create a new data loader via the website using a drive path that exists on Server2, the error message "Directory does not exist" is returned.To resolve this issue, share the directory out and use a UNC path instead of a drive path. Additionally, ensure the Archive Manager Service Users Group has Full Control access to the folder.
