When forwarding a message from the Archive Manager website, an error is displayed similar to:
This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

Cause
The message you are forwarding in Archive Manager exceeds the current message size limit in Exchange.

Resolution
Make sure that the message is within the allowed limit or increase the limit if possible
