User is either unable to use the archiving feature or open mailboxes in Enterprise Manager.
The issue occurs because Archive Manager is unable to create a functional MAPI profile.
Tested on version up to 8.2 with Hotfix.

MAPI templates are not normally needed for Archive Manager 8 and higher but this method can be tested in case no other troubleshooting has worked.
String value name should be the same as the Exchange server name listed in the Archive Manager address book (e.g. W2012TEST).
String value data should be the MAPI profile name specified in step 4 (e.g. !DONOTDELETE).
Note: If there are different superuser accounts for different Exchange servers, create multiple MAPI template profiles and assign them accordingly in the registry.
