Cause
We have raised an alert that during an AD replication between the DCs a conflict happened, and a conflict item was created as a result. Conflict items can be identified by the presence of the string "\0ACNF:<GUID>" in the DN of the object in AD.

Resolution
You have to determine the source of the conflict, and to decide which object is the correct object to keep, and which is the correct object to delete.
All that Active Administrator is doing here is alerting you that this situation has occurred. This is not caused by an Active Administrator action, nor do we remediate the situation. We are just simply notifying you with alert.
