Notification Settings: Subject template not applied to health module alerts -
Description
The configuration Notification Settings -> Subject template value gets written into tblConfig with ConfigName NsSubjectTemplate, yet it's not applied on emails sent out. Also changed the subject for batch mode but still using the default subject.
