After upgrading to AA 8.6.3 the audit agents are not getting new events -
Description
After upgrading to AA 8.6.3 and upgrading the audit agents... they are not getting new events.
Checking on the DC where the agent is installed the following error message is visible on the Application event logs.
Error message: CActiveAdministratorAgent::DoAgentWork - Unable to open the database.
Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. -
Resolution
Download and install SQL Server Native Client (sqlcnli) on each affected DC from the following link.

Specifically download sqlncli.msi of 4.8 MB.
After the installation is completed on the DC, restart the Active Administrator agent service.
