Active Administrator 7.5 introduces modules for the management of DNS, server security Certificates and Azure Active Directory Users and Groups.
The user may open the Active Administrator Console (AAC) on the server where Active Administrator is installed and use the modules when licensed. However, when opening the AAC on a remote workstation, the licensed module is not present.
No error is returned.
Open the Microsoft Network and Sharing Center control panel.
Locate the active Local Area Connection | Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) | Properties | Advanced | DNS tab.
Multiple domains will be listed or multiple DNS suffixes will be available.
Highlight the domain where Active Administrator is installed and use the arrows in the window to move the domain to the top of the list.
Open a command window (CMD) on the workstation and issue the command 'ipconfig /flushdns'.
Restart the Active Administrator Console.
