Try the following to reapply settings before installing new agents:
1- Uninstall or remove Active Directory Health Agents from the console.
2- Close Active Administrator Console.
3- Open AA Configuration Wizard.
4- Select "use an existing active administrator database" and click next.
5- Select "use an existing active administrator archive database" and click next until the wizard completes.
6- Open Active Administrator Console.
7- Install new Active Directory Health Agents.
Once the above is complete, all agents should be seen as expected running at the latest version without a yellow triangle indicating that they require to be upgraded.
