The time stamps in the "GPO history" are all on "1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM" -
Cause
This is due to the fact that the BackupTime field in the GPOBackup.dat for each GPO is stored as a text string using the region / language settings to encode the date.Ex:English region / language GPOBackup.dat entryBackupTime=October 19, 2021 5:20:36 PMGerman region / language GPOBackup.dat entryBackupTime=Dienstag, 19. Oktober 2021 16:51:27When we are converting this string back to a system date/time it will only work if the region / language settings for the machine match the format of the string stored in the GPOBackup.dat file. -
Resolution
Maintaining a single region/language/date format will avoid this.Defect ID VSTS000315185 logged to change how we store these values to a universal format rather than a region formatted date-time string.This will be corrected in a future version of Active Administrator. -
