Resolution
In the Active Administrator Console | Security & Delegation | Inactive Accounts.
Manage Inactive Users and computers needs to be enabled.
Check on Execute this program or script:
Use the Browse button to the right to select the program or script.
The program and or script must be a local path on the Active Administrator server.
Click the Save button along the top.
