Where are the logs located on the Active Administrator Server? -
Resolution
All log files for the Active Administrator Server Management application and the Notification Service are located in C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic Corporation\Active Administrator 5\Server\Logging
Note: if the Logging directory does not exist, then it is possible that logging on the server has never been enabled and/or service agents have never been installed.
Log File names and purpose:
Log File Name Log File Purpose Asm.log Contains tracing information for the Active Administrator Server Management application SLAgentInstallation.log Contains logging information from the last service agent installation NSLOG.log Contains logging information for the Notification Service. This log is restarted each time the Notification Service is restarted or when the size limit has been reached
