Cannot cancel Pending or Running tasks
Description

There are a number of tasks that have a status of Pending or Running and cannot be cancelled.
Resolution

Ensure there is a backup of the Active Administrator database.
Running the following SQL query against the Active Administrator database will delete all Pending tasks:
DELETE FROM tbltaskStatus where status = '0'
Running the following SQL query against the Active Administrator database will delete all Running tasks:
DELETE FROM tbltaskStatus where status = '1'
