Antivirus software blocking the console from loading or possible corruption of dll file(s).
Verify antivirus software is not blocking the console from loading. If issue persists after disabling antivirus software or excluding the Active Administrator installation folders within the antivirus software, then follow the instructions below:
On the Active Administrator server, go to Control Panel - Programs and Features.
Uninstall the Dell Active Administrator Console.
Uninstall the Dell Active Administrator Server.
Rename or delete any old Active Administrator version 6 directories from the server. IMPORTANT: Do not rename or delete the Active Administrator 7 directories.
Install the Administrator Console and Server.
Run the AA Server Configuration wizard, selecting the current databases and default settings.
Apply the Latest support updates
Launch the Active Administrator console.
