"Error 1300 Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller" -
Description
When trying to process resources, RUM (Resource Updating Manager) immediately fails with the following entry in the log file:
Initialization Error 1300 Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller. Cannot set privilege 'SeSecurityPrivilege'.
Other tasks like Discovery, Cleanup or Move a computer work fine, only the Processing task is failing. Processing the task remotely is also failing. -
Cause
The account used for processing have insufficient rights on affected computer.

Resolution
On the affected computer open 'Local Security Policy' Management Console
From the Local Security Settings Console, go to Local Policies | Use Rights Assignment | Manage auditing and security log' and add the local Administrators group or the account being used to execute the processing.
When done, restart the RUM Agent or reboot the computer. -
Additional Information
To confirm the required permission is missing you can use WhoAmI. Run whoami /priv in the command prompt to verify if RUM account has the 'SeSecurityPrivilege' privilege in the token. It will be most probably shown as disabled, which confirms the missing privilege.
