"Warning 4522 cannot apply an ACE for object" found in mail or Public Folder target agent log fil (4326677)

The mail or Public Folder target agent log file is displaying the following warning, and permissions are not being applied to folders within the mailbox:

"CPermissions::SplitACL Warning 4522 Cannot apply an ACE object for '<path>"

The mail target agent cannot apply permissions to mailbox folders if the user account is disabled in the target domain.

To resolve this issue enable the target accounts and wait for replication to take place. The Domain Controller/Global Catalogue Server that Quest Migration Manager is communicating with must have the updated changes in place before the permissions can be applied.
