When attempting a restore from savepoint or from manifest, the Restore button is greyed out

In order to perform a restore, you must be on the My Repositories page. However, the Restore button is greyed out.
原因
You have not selected a savepoint.
解决办法
Even when performing a Restore from Savepoint Manifest File, you must first select a savepoint. This enables the Restore button. Once the button is enabled, you can then change the dropdown to "Restore from Savepoint Manifest File" and the savepoint that you previously selected will be ignored.
