Unable to open database connection. (0x80040E4D: Invalid connection string attribuite) (4327557)

When Trying to access the Spotlight on Messaging Webreports you will see a error similar to this one: Unable to open database connection. (0x80040E4D: Invalid connection string attribute), File Name=<installedirectory>\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Spotlight on Messaging\Web Reports\WebReports.UDL

User Account Control is Virtualizing the WebReports.UDL file.

1. Turn off (UAC) User Account Control
2. Reboot your Spotlight on Messaging Server
3. Navigate to =<installedirectory>\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight on Messaging\Web Reports\ and double click on the Webreports.UDL file
4. On the Provider Tab make sure Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server is selected and click next.
5. On the Connection Tab make sure the server that is hosting the SpotlightManagmentFramework database is selected
6. On the Connection Tab select the Use a specific Username and Password and put in the SQL account that was created for the Reports and Check off Allow saving password.
7. On the Connection Tab select the SpotlightManagementFramework database from the Drop down menu and click Test Connection
8. Click OK and access the reports
