The Export DDL option does not include the clause 'NOT SUBSTITUTABLE AT ALL LEVELS' for a table, when it was included in its create script originally.
For example, exporting an object table defined as:
CREATE TABLE TEST.test_T
NOT SUBSTITUTABLE AT ALL LEVELS
OBJECT ID PRIMARY KEY
/
Produces the following DDL script:
CREATE TABLE TEST.test_T
OBJECT ID PRIMARY KEY
/
